1. talk to對…說

    Don't speak to that rough boy. 不要跟那個無禮的男孩講話。

    She sometimes blushes when spoken to in the street. 當有人在街上跟她打招呼時，她有時會臉紅。

2. talk about談論

    We haven't much time； please speak to the subject. 我們時間不多了，請談正題吧。

    I'll speak to that point later. 我在後面會說到那一點。

3. scold責備；批評

    The boy was late again today；it's time you spoke to him. 那男孩今天又遲到了，你該批評批評他了。

    I'll speak to him about his rudeness at the meeting. 他在會上太不禮貌了，我非責備他不可。

4. be attractive to對…有吸引力

    I am afraid this kind of art doesn't really speak to me. 恐怕這種藝術對我沒有吸引力。
